2Impossible to launch

using M4 iPad pro 8gbram iOS 26.2.1 Since around the beginning of this year, it’s been impossible to launch. It crashes every time right after the startup title logo. Updating didn’t help. There’s plenty of free space on the device, and even after cleaning up storage it still doesn’t improve. No other apps are running. I tried everything I could think of in advance that might fix a hardware-related issue, but nothing worked. Paying for this and getting this kind of experience is terrible.

3面白いが,,,

内容や戦闘・暗殺についてはとても面白かった。しかし、とにかく固まって落ちやすい。プレー時は16proを使用していたのですが、それでも暑くなって固まります。ずっとプレーしているとストレスが溜まるかも

1Fix those issues or refund money

I’m using an iPhone 16 with the Backbone 2nd Gen controller. Despite using the manufacturer-recommended graphics settings, I’m experiencing frequent crashes, choppy performance, and extremely delayed controller response. This makes the experience highly frustrating and unplayable. I strongly urge a prompt update to resolve these issues. If possible, I would also like to request a refund.
